As mentioned in bug 730707, it could be handy to allow a template to include another template as a reusable library of API methods and code. It would also be handy to configure Kumascript itself to include one or more templates by default for every template. This would pull in something like a DekiScript API shim library, but not require individual templates to include it explicitly.
