73985 - With folder charset set up the forwarding from news is broken for header

**** observed with 2001-03-29 build ****
it started to happen with today build ( might be due to the fix of non-sticky
folder charset bug)
Steps to reproduce:
- go to Newsgroup (probably reproducable in mail when the folder charset is
assigned);
- assign to a russian newsgroup folder koi8-r charset;
- select a message;
- click Forward;
//note: header turns into garbage, the problem would disappear if you unset the
folder charset

How do you you unset the folder charset?

i meant to set it back to the Western.My folder charset for russian newsgoup is 
set to KOI8-R, for Ukranian to KOI8-U. With those charsets assigned any message 
from those folders will display gargabe when forwarded, it won't happen if i go 
back to Western

Please try to copy the messages to a local folder and see if you see the same
