Hi, a friend reportet this to me:

On Linux _i_ can hit CTRL+N and the Textcursor is in the url field, _he_ told
me, that there is a problem whit this on Windows NT 4.0 (SP6) with Mozilla 0.8.1:


When _he_ opens a new browser window, the textcursor isn't in the url field and
there's no hotkey to activate the url field (on NS 4.X you can hit TAB)

It would be nice, when TAB would work or when the textcursor would be at
beginning in the URL field

When trying this on timeless's win2k box, it starts typing text at the end of 
the urlbar, this seems a little odd to me, confirming for UI review.

Putting on verifyme watch, because vnc can do some odd things with 
keyboard commands.
