/tmp/Pk12uTmp - lock file gets created by pk12util, but no appropriate errormessage if it exists, just failure at pk12util -i problem was - jordan all of a sudden started failing the pk12util tests - the failure actually was that the lock file existed and was rw only by Bob see bug #70765
put fix in tools.sh and left fake tmpfile on kentuckyderby to test. spelled Pk12uTemp btw
