Screen shot of this page on Win2k-Simp. Chinese
Build: 03-29 trunk build.
When load this Simp. Chinese page there are "?" apprea in this page which didn't
display like this on old trunk build (e.g. 03-09) also it shows fine in N4.7 and
IE5.5.

charset=gb2312, code point 0xA891.

on Mac 4.x and window 4.x it shown as a square
on IE5.5 it shown as a circle.
the character is 0xa891
This is not a GB2312 character but a GBK and GB18030 character
It should map to U+ 2609.
We have some bug in your gbk mapping table. Intel folks never fix them.
I think we can fix this by moz0.9.1

Altough I can not check this URL due bug 81488, but I had see this code point
0xA891 display as a circle in some other page. Mark it as verified.
