The title tag on the HP is
<title>Mozilla — — mozilla.org</title>
The about page has
<title>Mozilla — About : Mozilla Labs — mozilla.org</title>
I think Mozilla Labs should always be in there especially on the homepage. If there is no standard mozilla way of doing this I would suggest:
HP: Mozilla Labs
Other: Mozilla Labs : Page Name
I was looking at how mozillians handles this. David once you approve can you assign to Jenn to implement.
