* Requires Apps in the Cloud integration
* Marketplace apps dashboard is for installation, re-installation, (permission management - TBD)

Flow:
* User taps on Marketplace app
* Select "My Apps" or whatever app dashboard is called
* Tap on an app and select to install on home screen

I think navigator.mozApps would need an API has a method to add a shortcut to the homescreen.

The about:apps local management page already supports this feature.

Nominating for k9o, as re-installation is a basic user flow for installing apps on the android web runtime.

Also - Flagging for release review again. Re-install is a basic user flow to web apps - this probably belongs in the first phase, not the second phase (it's a smoke test at least I know for desktop).

Per comment 2, Fennec supports reinstallation, presumably the same way Firefox does: via another call to mozApps.install().  Thus this is either WORKSFORME or possibly a Marketplace bug.  But the Marketplace doesn't really support Fennec at this point, so it's very hard to confirm it as a Marketplace bug.

Thus I'm going to mark this WORKSFORME, but please reopen (and move to the Marketplace component) if the Marketplace, once it starts supporting Fennec, turns out not to support reinstallation.

(Alternately, file a new bug on Marketplace at that point, since then you can leave behind the ambiguous history of this bug and focus on the specific Marketplace enhancement request.)
