We have the ESR pages in German (and therefore a l10n-friendly template already created on our PHP site). We have the same need for French, especially since 3.6 is going to be unsupported within 3 weeks and there are large scale deployments of Firefox 3.6 in the French administration (same for Thunderbird). The French mailing list is set (Bug 740380), we have volunteers from both the French-speaking community and French-speaking employees to moderate the list and interact with people and the French community already translated the page in an etherpad last month (https://frenchmoz.etherpad.mozilla.org/Firefox-ESR). I am going to put the page in place so as that we can contact the people in France we know have deployed Firefox and/or Thunderbird in large scale managed environments. Assigning to myself for now as I need to put a couple files on the server before our localizers can work on it.
