User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0
Build ID: 20120312181643
Steps to reproduce:
When Firefox is running and an Application is set to "Disable visual Designs" and you start this Application, then the Taskbar is buggy.
If you close and start firefox again, all things are fine. If then closing the Application, the same bug appears. (only a restart is resolving the problem).
So the problem appears if windows is switching between the Aero and non Aero Mode
Actual results:
There are no buttons for Close, Minimize or Maximise this application. If there is a dropdown-list, it is completly white and you can only see the entrys when hover with the mouse about it.
Expected results:
The design should not disappear

Thanks for the report! I'm assuming you meant Disable visual themes in the Compatibility section of the other application's properties, so this is quite similar to 656891
