User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0 Build ID: 20120312181643 Steps to reproduce: Re-installed Firefox 11 several times, it still doesn't shut down completely. I only know this because every time I try to update Firefox or another program (Adobe Flash player), a message pops up telling me that the update can not be completed until I close Firefox completely, but it is not open. There for, I can only assume that something in the Firefox program did not shut down completely, but is invisible to me. Actual results: See above Expected results: See above
