Details
Marionette should provide the backend functionality of mochitest-browser-chrome, since there is much overlap and Marionette will be constantly maintained.

Ha ha we have too many Testing components. I certainly think reducing the number of testing frameworks we have is noble, I just worry about the cost to convert our existing browser-chrome tests.
