(Whiteboard: DUPE ME)

There are two problems with the font of the message content when printing:

1. The content font is much smaller than the font for
the headers. So, while the headers correctly fill the
width of the page, the content fills a little more than
   half the page.

I think that the correct behaviour would be for the content
to be printed in the font size currently used for the headers.

2. The content is always printed in a proportional font, even
if the user has chosen to use a non-proportional font to
display the messages (from the prefs menu).

I think that the printing font (proportional or non-proportional)
should be consistent with the message display font set in
the prefs menu. (Tables, lists and columns in e-mail messages
are often done with hard spaces. Non-proportional fonts display such
   structures incorrectly.)
I think this is a dupe.
