Details
This feature may already exist in Kuma. It is an annoyance in MindTouch.
As a site admin, I want to be able to see *all* changes to a page, including adding and removing tags and attachments.
(MT shows this in the global changes feed, but not in the per-page history.)

Just as an update to this ticket, we do show tag updates but do not presently display attachment updates.
