74203 - Mozilla needs to be seperate from Netscape

Mozilla needs to have a new description for the user agent. Mozilla/5.0
identifies the same as Netscape 6 which Mozilla shouldn't be affiliated with
anymore in my opinion. Possible new config = M0zilla/1.0 with a Zero for the O.
Other suggestions? I think that with this complete rewrite and seperation from
the old Netscape code base that we should revert to a 1.0 designation instead of
5.0, or else bump up to Mozilla/6.0 when Mozilla 1.0 is finished.
