742123 - Better highlight important demo information

A user brought this up in bug 737296.

> Each demo has a page with important details and a place to comment on it, but 
> it's not very discoverable, it's only if you click on the title of the demo. 
> Maybe there should be a [Important info] button next to [Launch], or better yet 
> remove the [Launch] button and make people to go to the demo's page where they 
> can learn enough to work the demo.

Information that should be highlighted:

* Usage instructions
* Required features (see bug 742117)
* "Demo Broken" if many users have reported it broken

Possible solutions:

* List this information in previews (movie screens, thumbnails, etc.)
* Do not provide "Launch" buttons in previews. Force users to click through the full demo detail page, which lists this information.
* Keep the "Launch" buttons, but force all demos to be framed (like here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/demos/detail/trackperformer-contrast/launch). On the top of the page, next to the "Like" and "Share" buttons, provide this information.
* Any other ideas?

Demo Studio is being retired from MDN and archived as of end January 2016
