pdf.js loads page on demand for large pdfs (even 40 pages is large). This breaks searchign in the pdf using Firefox Ctrl + F search. Even when all the pages are loaded explicitly, the searching is still broken STR use the pdf in link [1] , let the page be loaded fully, hit Ctrl + F, search for "laser" . You will find nothing. Download the pdf and open it in a pdf reader like adobe reader, then search for "laser" and you will find it.

I didn't encounter this issue lately. Searching in the document seems to be fixed. Also, https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/819 is fixed. Please reopen if the issue reappears.
