Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit http://people.mozilla.org/~mwargers/tests/layout/Firefox-logo_parentframes.htm or http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/e/e3/Firefox-logo.svg in landscape mode.
2. Double tap or pinch zoom-in to the max level on a logo.
3. Double tap again to zoom-out.

Expected Result:
You should be able to zoom out the logo.
Actual Result: 
Nothing happens.

This is still reproducible on:
Nightly Fennec/14.0a1 (2012-04-05) build
For the following devices:
HTC Desire Z (Android 2.3.3), Motorola Droid 2 (Android 2.3.3), HTC Desire Z (Android 2.2.2)

This is reproducible on LG Optimus 2X (Android 2.2.2) and HTC Desire Z (Android 2.3.3) but not on Motorola Droid Pro (Android 2.3.4)

Should SVG allow double-tap zooming? Does the SVG container have a size that we can use as a basis for zoom?

strange, i concur reproduced with comment 2 and 3.   Only happens when you're in landscape mode, and not in portrait mode.   Unable to zoom back out of a cell.

Lets clarify the STR

1. Load an SVG in landscape mode
2. Double tap on the SVG
3. Firefox will zoom in
4. Double tap on the SVG
5. Firefox will not zoom out (this is the bug)

This works as expected if the document is in portrait mode.

This breaks on all the phones I have tested. G2 (Desire z), Xperia HD or Galaxy S II.

If pinch to zoom still works for zoom-in and zoom-out, I think this should not block.

Given the scope of the issue is only SVG elements this is not a common enough issue to block.

This seems to work fine in latest nightly
