From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.19pre16 i686; en-US; 0.8.1) BuildID: 2001040121 When clicking on 'View Image Permissions' you get a window with 'Stored Cookies' and 'Cookie Sites' tabs but no tabs for actually doing anything with images. In previous builds this used to have a tab for images but when selected it presented no extra buttons. Actually blocking images still works though. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Prefs 2.Select Advanced 3.Select Images 4.Select View Image Permissions Actual Results: The distinct lack of anything which permits the viewing and/or editing of image permissions. Expected Results: Something that'd allow me to view/edit image permissions.

This is working fine for me. Are you sure that you are going to the image panel in prefs and not the cookie panel? As you mentioned, there used to be three tabs in the dialog (two for cookies and one for images) and the same dialog came up regardless of which panel (cookies or images) you selected it from. Last week that was changed so that now you get the two cookie tabs when you select it from the cookie panel and you get the one image tab when you select it from the image panel. sairuh, are you able to reproduce?
passing the buck to terri. :)

ok, terri are you able to reproduce this?
When I downloaded the same build as reporter, I am seeing the issue (I'm trying out how to change imageblocker.enabled to true in commercial) Anyway, when using the mozilla build 2001040121, when you click the view images permissions button, the cookie manager opens (Nothing to do with image permissions)

I'm using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.8.1+) Gecko/20010501 and what i get is a trivial bug: I get the window with the 3 tabs, including image permissions, but the preselected one is "stored cookies" which i think is a bug. well i just hope that image blocking will work again soon anyway...
According to the latest comment in this report (rossi), the symptoms have changed and now we get three tabs (including the image one) instead of just the image tab. That's a bug that I just fixed recently (I don't have the bug number handy). So I'm marking this as works-for-me.
