Sometimes Web specs require this.
I think we should just mint a new nsresult value which XPConnect can recognize and turn into a TypeError.
Note bug 742191. I don't think we should worry too much about doing this for XPConnect stuff; we do need to do it for the new bindings.
I would be riding on new bindings.
