744025 - Expose more discoverable way to delete downloads

Currently with bug 695178 the implementation has one require a long-tap on a download to reveal a context menu. This is kind of hidden. The UI should probably be similar to that of the Add-ons Manager where a single-tap on the item would expose: 'Open' or 'Delete'.

Add-ons manager uses a secondary "page" to show details and buttons. I do not want to see buttons in the main screen. I don't really want to see buttons at all.

I agree with Mark here. 

Fwiw our original design did actually have a button drawer with Open and Delete after you tapped on a downloaded item. But the problem with that is, when you download an item, you're downloading it to open it, not delete it. Those two options shouldn't have the same ease of access. 


Tapping once to open an item is a far more preferable experience, and I am generally fine with people having to long press to get more options. Now having said that, other options for deleting downloads might include:

* swipe to delete, or

* a global downloads "edit mode" that allows you to delete multiple items at the same time or clear your download history.
