We're removing the comment describing how to continue in GDB from MOZ_Crash() as we're updating it to be an inlined macro, and it will no longer be valid. It would be good if someone who knows what the correct new gdb magic is would add a new comment.
The relevant code got removed in the meantime, so this is no longer valid.
