The token server API spec was just updated to match the server implementation: https://github.com/mozilla-services/docs/commit/7b1a6a7d0cb2c109b1344e2f451639ddb23e3b9e The JS client is wrong because it was implemented according to a wrong spec. This patch should be trivial.

Pretty simple. I may also want to land this directly on m-c so we don't have a busted token server client not merged in for a while. Maybe inbound would be better?
