Steps to reproduce:
Im using nightly and y tried to open a webpage that need a server certificate, i can put it manually but every time that nightly has an update the server certificate is deleted and i have to put it again.
Actual results:
i cant enter the web page unless i manually add the server certificate every nightly update.
Expected results:
should save the server certificate and let me inter the webpage.
let me know if you need the webpage and the certificate so you can test it

I suspect that much has changed about certificates and updates since this bug was filed.
I'm resolving this as INCOMPLETE, please reopen if you can still reproduce this.
