The PDF output is not good enough. The images are all black. This patch removes the menu.

Same as the last patch, but this one adds 5 images for the "add-ons" menu and moves the "add-ons" menu into the core menu area for gingerbread and froyo.
I tested this on ICS, Gingerbread and Froyo devices.

We found the cause of bug 704185 and backed out the offending code. We no longer need to turn "Save as PDF" off.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
