Scrolling the page at the URL referenced causes the browser
to crash instantly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load above page.
2. Scroll down.


Actual Results:  Browser crashes.  If run from an xterm, this error is printed:
Gdk-ERROR **: XIE_FloError
  serial 12056 error_code 169 request_code 144 minor_code 16


Expected Results:  Browser should display bottom half of page and not crash.
