Desktop: 14.0a1 (2012-04-08) Firefox for Android: 14.01 (2012-04-11) 1) Set up sync for the device and the desktop 2) On desktop, open a URL and load the page. 3) On desktop, Tools->Sync Now 4) On phone: Sync settings, Firefox Sync: Sync now. 5) Return to Fennec on phone, open a new tab, choose open a new tab, choose history to find the URL. Expect: the location bar ("Enter Search or Address") should be able to find the URL that you opened on the desktop. Actual: No URL in the history on the phone.

I can't reproduce this, and it's part of our usual QA, so definitely need logs here. I've tried pages where the URL fragment does and does not feature in the title; no change.

sync triage: holding off on deciding status until there are logs or qa can verify.

Sync does not work in builds more recent then Nightly/14.0a1 2012-04-13(bug 744816). Adding dependency and leaving the qawanted flag until the issue is fixed. Will retest then.
Depends on: 744816

(In reply to adrian tamas from comment #4) > Sync does not work in builds more recent then Nightly/14.0a1 2012-04-13(bug > 744816). Adding dependency and leaving the qawanted flag until the issue is > fixed. Will retest then. This is perhaps not true, or not relevant, so I would still like a log or a worksforme. This bug was reported on the 2012-04-11 build. I disabled password sync in Inbound on 2012-04-13 until that Fennec bug was fixed. It's re-enabled now that that bug is fixed.

Tested on Nightly/14.0a1 2012-04-11 on HTC Desire (Android 2.2). I am unable to reproduce the issue with general websites. Each history item is synced every time I try. The only issues seen were in the case of 9gag.com/v/ where every time the link is accessed or the user taps on the skip button the page redirects to 9gag.com/v/[random post]. For this link only the main access of the URL is synced but this may be due to the way the website is created. I have attached logs while syncing when the issue was reproduced.
