Because we need to escape the special HTML entities. This breaks the UI completely and must be fixed.

tried to download : http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/&*$%25@%23%20!$%2565&*().download.zip and it came with the error seen in the screenshot. Basically can't download the item.
Should I file a new bug?
