Bug 734373 will implement the Australis styling for the toolbar buttons on Windows. This bug is a follow-up for applying the styling to the zoom-controls.

I will wait for requesting review until bug 734373 is fixed.

This should be cross platform

Year old Australis bug? Is this still relevant?

Yeah, it's still relevant. The zoom-controls should appear joined, with a splitter between them. This would be similar to how we style the notification buttons for the Social API. Hovering one of the zoom-control buttons should put an outline around the other button too, indicating that there is a relationship between the two.

Ah, I guess this is still relevant for when the zoom control is placed in the navbar. Seems like a somewhat less common customization, so P4.
