this site prompted me for both offline storage and geolocation. I first allowed offline storage and then geolocation, and then I got prompted again for geolocation 3 or 4 times in a row.
I've seen this as well. I wonder if it's something the site is doing.

I don't know what the site could be doing to trigger this.  Technically, we should remember the user's decision the first time the prompt appears, and use that value instead of prompting again.
