Steps to reproduce:

enable plugins.click_to_play = true


Actual results:

on attempting to open a pdf, the 'click here to activate plugins' produces a blank screen, instead of the pdf viewer


Expected results:

the pdf viewer should have opened the pdf.

cheryl, do you get the same behavior with a recent nightly build? From your user agent, it looks like you were using Firefox 11, which didn't have a complete click-to-play implementation. Also, is there a specific web page you're visiting where this happens? It would be helpful for testing.
Works fine with the new CTP.
