This is a tracking bug to improve offline storage capabilities for Kilimanjaro. Under consideration is improveed appcache support/semantics, improvements to IndexedDB, and better platform support for default offline behavior. More scope to come in blocking bugs

Hrm, no blocking bugs on a tracker bug that's a month old. There's not even any text linked to go on. As is, this is way too ambiguous to actually do anything with. Can you point me at where these are coming from? Maybe we could get the right people to attach the right bugs as dependencies then.

This was added as a requirement by Blizzard before he left and I started doing platform work and I added this tracking bug for any work we wanted to nominate to k9o - I am investigating what work is currently going on and will take any pointers to this work.
