This is a tracking bug to figure out what to do with liveconnect (i.e. the ability for javascript code to call java code) in the context of click-to-play.

My initial suggestion is to treat this the same as if there's an invisible instance of a Java plugin on the page but I'm open to other ideas, as always
This shouldn't interrupt your work here because I don't know exactly when we'll be able to do it, but I'm looking into removing that feature from the browser altogether.

is there a bug filed for that ?
