This is a follow up bug of bug 735280 (comment 53). Once bug 553102 is fixed we will not have to create Components wrapper when we export a chrome Components to a non-chrome compartment (the ExposedPropertiesOnly filter should be enough)

Not urgent at all. ;-)
I realized we actually can't do this until the sandbox loophole goes away.
The Components wrapper is now gone.
