TBPL under 'filters', already has a checkbox for "Only unstarred" - it would be useful to have a similar one for &noignore=1, eg "Shown hidden".
I don't think the feature would be used often enough to warrant a keyboard shortcut, but just having in the UI would make a big difference on it's own.

This is fixed in Treeherder (button in UI to toggle).
Wontfix here since TBPL is nearing EOL.
