The Thunderbird builders are currently running Valgrind (on Linux) and reftest-no-accel (on Windows). The Valgrind script isn't set up for Thunderbird, so there's no point in running that at the moment. The reftest-no-accel might work, but it probably won't pass, so lets skip that for now as well (this puts us in sync with current TB production).
