Device: Asus EEE Transformer TF101
OS: Android 4.0.3

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Go to news.google.com
3. Tap on Menu > Save as PDF
4. Go to Download and try to open the saved PDF File
5. Restart Fennec
6. Repeat step 4

Expected result:
PDF file is opened properly and no issues occur at steps 4 or 6.

Actual result:
At step 4, there cannot be seen any download progress bar and no buttons except "Go to Page" for the saved PDF file. There is no way to interact with the downloaded file via Fennec.
After step 6, the download progress bar is displayed for 1-2 seconds, but the PDF file cannot be opened because is corrupted.
