Expected Results: Mozilla should be able to change the file orientation to RTL without crashing. Could be related to bug # 74924

mark it as moz0.9.2 The crash cannot be reprodce until we land the UI. So this is less important untill we do so. we should fix this before we land the bidi menu ui.

Since we are leaning on not adding RTL/LTR UI now, I move this to future. We need to solve this before we add RTL/LTR ui.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20051115 SeaMonkey/1.5a It doesn't crash, as I don't have UCHARUTI.DLL, and I don't see an UI for switching the direction (comment 0 step 2, comment 9)
There is UI for changing direction now (only enabled by default in locales with right-to-left languages) and it doesn't crash.
