When trying to open file RTLVIS.htm and change the orientation to RTL, Mozilla 
crashes in UCHARUTI.DLL

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open file testutf8.htm
2.From View menu -> Bidi Options -> Default Direction, select Right to left



Actual Results:  text is not aligned correctly to the right. it looks more like 
cenetred.

Expected Results:  text should be viewed with correct right alignment, compare 
results with same file opened using Mozilla on an Arabic operating system. Or 
using IE5
