Am filing this bug to track the creation (or handoff if it already exists) of the overview to product design for Persona as noted at https://wiki.mozilla.org/OneMozilla/StyleGuide#Content_Outline.

        Sign into sites (mirrors the popup functionality)

The persona service will be decommissioned later this year, so I'm closing out persona-related bugs
