Steps to reproduce:
When changing a bug causes a bug-email with special characters (german umlauts, é or alike), then the bug-email has additional line-breaks and strange "=" chars.
Actual results:
The email looks like like in the attachment.
Expected results:
There should not be additional line breaks and strange "=" signs.
