Although I'm not seeing the same error message on today's nightly XUL build, I see something nasty. I've attached a sceenshot of the "fully" loaded screen.
Env: Nightly XUL build (20120522), HTC Desire, Gingerbread

The error page does not appear on HTC Desire Z (Android 2.3.3) on Nightly XUL (2012-06-28) but the page looks like Xiao said. Screenshot attached.
