Bug 738272 added the Jetpack tree to self-serve, but then bug 720246 switched self-serve to getting its list of branches from production-branches.json, and since self-serve isn't listed there, took it away.
I didn't see any sign of a consumer of graph_branches, so I don't know whether I'll break something with "[]", or whether I'd break something with a lie about some capitalization like Addon-SDK or Addon-Sdk or Jetpack.

LOL I have no idea what I'm doing
graph_branches is currently unused...one day I'll be converting the talos regression detection to look at this file, and graph_branches is for that.
