I've noticed that for several nightly builds transparent gif
animations won't be displayed properly (like they are not really
transparent, they smear).  It works fine with mozilla 0.8.1 though.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a transparent gif animation


Actual Results:  The display area is smeared.
