Details

Enable PSM 2.0 in the mozilla and commercial builds.
In order to build PSM 2.0, set BUILD_PSM2=1 set BUILD_PSM= cvs co mozilla/client.mak cd mozilla nmake /f client.mak pull_and_build_all NSS_CO_TAG=PSM2_NSS_CLIENT_TAG_20010410

I use the *installer* version (2001-05-04, win98) and don't do any "building". Is PSM 2.0 now in all nightly *builds*?
yes, the binaries that go to ftp.mozilla.org (for the most part) have psm2.
