CPU usage is too high when smooth scrolling is enabled. When the PDF pages are loading, the CPU usage is high either with or without smooth scrolling (probably because the page is being built). But when they are loaded, there's a big difference between smooth and non-smooth scrolling.

As pdf.js has been improved since 3 years, I think scrolling is fine with most of PDF's now. Is it still an issue for you?

As pdf.js has been improved since 3 years, I think scrolling is fine with

I'm sure this is all better now, after another 4 years.
