750725 - cloning enhancement: omit deps and blockers

When cloning a bug it would be handy to have checkboxes or options that could clear the "Depends on:", "Blocks:" and "See Also" fields.  Sometimes people would only like to clone the top level "Product" and "Component" fields to create a new bug.

Perhaps levels of cloning could be introduced for a general answer:
  o shallow clone - copy only basic bug attributes.
    Clear cc list, alternate bug fields, etc.
    Only a subject change needed to create a new bug.
  o level 1 - clone enough content to create a related bug 
  o [ a few more shades of gray in here ]
  o full clone - clone bugs down to their toenails

Your bug summary is specifically about dependencies, which is already covered by bug 428102. Your "level" model is pretty vague, and if you want to clone only a subset of the bug attributes, you should rather file a new bug directly. For instance, what's the difference between "basic bug attributes" and "alternate bug fields"? How do you define what is basic and what is secondary? Also, in your level 1 definition, what is a "related bug" compared to a not related bug?
