Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this myself (Aurora 14 or Nightly), nor do I know what add-ons this user had installed or anything useful like that. I wanted to file it this in case anyone has encountered this or has an idea of what's going on.
This looks like the infamous DOM Inspector conflict.
