Details
Tapping a flash ad or video (click-to-play setting), will spawn the VKB in the window for no reason.

Repro:
1) install 5/1/2012 latest aurora, HTC Sensation or Galaxy Nexus
2) visit a site with a flash ad or video that you need to tap to play (eg. android central)
3) tap the ad
4) Verify the VKB appears
Expected
- no VKB appearing, since its not necessary
