751322 - Implement Webtrends Event Tracking for the Kitsune Home Page

We are adding some external links to the Home Page (links to Download Firefox) with a pretty big call to action.

We need to track that. In order to do so, we need to customize the Webtrends Javascript Snippet following this documentation:

http://help.webtrends.com/en/jstag/config_event_tracking.html

Particularly we need offsite to be TRUE. The download button links to a page and not a file that we can define.

We are seeing much more exits than we used to see.

Can we please implement this ASAP so we can comfirm that they are leaving to these pages instead of leaving elsewhere?
