Currently if the wpa_supplicant dies and comes back on its own, there's no way for the page to react in a elegant manner. We should add an event that notifies that wifi went down (and when it comes back up).

This will probably mean that the DOMRequest that we return from setEnabled will become redundant.

Oops, sorry for the confusion here... this was fixed by bug 766497.
